Storage and distribution

Formula offers execution, storage, stock management and shipment.

Formula has 3,500 m² of storage facilities in Måløv and Vivild in Denmark, where we can store, package and distribute your printed matter - either at once or continuously, if you do not have enough storage capacity.

The storage facilities are heated and protected with access control, surveillance and alarms and are also used for storage of sensitive documents.

The stock management takes place with modern logistics principles, where all items are registered bt lot and all batches are packaged in accordance with delivery note/invoice. This ensures that the stock is always updated.

We package and send more than 500 shipments every day. The distribution either takes place with our own trucks or in co-operation with the carriers Danske Fragtmænd, GLS and the Danish postal service.

Reordering service
We make a monthly inventory list and other statistics that ensure optimal purchasing flow of your stocked items. We can also agree on a minimum stock, which means that you will be notified when it is time to reorder to stock.
