First-class security!

Formula manufactures a large number of security-requiring products wich places high demands on our security procedures.

Among other things, we produce securities, bearer notes, identification cards, lotteries and games. This evidently requires extensive security, and therefore, we have a general security function responsible for establishing and maintaining security systems, procedures and control functions.

Our internal requirements for security culminate in:

An access control to production areas, where all individuals' presence is documented
All production areas are equipped with extensive fire and theft protection
All physical original materials with security-relevance are stored in safes or secured rooms
All security-related data materials are stored on devices that are not accessible from the outside
Semi-manufactures, production materials and surplus production materials are stored in secure rooms
Obsolete production is shredded
Deliveries take place with secure transports
The individual assignment is assessed with regard to forgery possibilities, and necessary protection techniques are used
Security is assessed on the basis of the assignment, and manufacturing methods and controls are chosen
All incidents of security-related significance, such as product controls, counting etc., are documented in a log book that is linked to the specific assignment
All production of lotteries and games is covered by Formula's professional liability insurance

It is obvious that security is a top priority when we manufacture sensitive materials.
