| 1973 | Formula Formulartryk AS is founded |
| 1975 | Formula owns 50% of the drawing office Stregform |
| 1979 | Formula builds a new domicile in Værløse and moves away from Copenhagen |
| 1988 | Formula buys Standard Systemer, finishing machines and standard forms |
| 1989 | Formula starts its own sheet printing house: Formula Intryk |
| 1990 | 2 of the 4 founders sell their shares. The main shareholder of Formula Formulartryk A/S becomes Beckform A/S, and Formula Holding A/S is established |
| 1990 | The department of finishing machines is sold off |
| 1991 | Formula Formulartryk A/S changes its name to Formula Graphic A/S |
| 1994 | Formula acquires Datasystem ApS in Dronninglund, Denmark |
| 1995 | Formula Holding A/S buys Jysk Blanket A/S |
| 1996 | Formula buys 1/3 of the shares in WJ Christensen |
| 1997 | Formula buys JS Repro, a graphics drawing office in Silkeborg, Denmark |
| 1998 | Formula Holding A/S buys Vivild Holding a/s. The company consists of Vivild Blankettryk a/s, Vivild Colorprint a/s and uniform A/S |
| 1998 | The shares in WJ Christensen are sold |
| 1999 | JS Repro is sold to Brix Repro, which is now called Brix Grafisk, and is moved to Vivild a/s. The primary clients are the companies owned by Formula Holding A/S |
| 1999 | Formula Holding A/S buys Data-Form A/S’ department of graphics solutions |
| 1999 | Formula Graphic AS, Jysk Blanket A/S, uniform a/s and Data-Form A/S are gathered into one sales company: Formula A/S |
| 1999 | Formula A/S builds a new domicile in Måløv close to Copenhagen. The staff from all the companies east of the Great Belt transfer to Måløv |
| 2000 | Formula Holding A/S buys all assets in Interprint A/S |
| 2000 | Formula buys P2000, a digital printing house. All activities are transferred to Interprint A/S |
| 2001 | Formula Holding buys all the printing activities of Beckform A/S |
| 2001 | Formula buys Quick Reklame, Dronninglund, Denmark |
| 2001 | Formula buys part of the activities in Creascan A/S |
| 2002 | The sheet printing of Interprint is moved to Vivild, which means that all production is gathered in Vivild |
| 2002 | Vivild Blankettryk a/s and Vivild Colorprint a/s merges into Vivild a/s |
| 2004 | Formula Holding A/S takes over all activities and staff of Hovedstadens Kuverterings Bureau (H.K.B. ApS) |
| 2006 | All production and sales companies under Formula Holding A/S merges into Formula A/S. |
| 2008 | Formula Holding A/S buys 50% of Richard Larsen Grafisk A/S |
| 2009 | Formula Holding A/S sells its block of shares in Richard Larsen Grafisk A/S |
